So here is the situation: A man is riding his bike on the wrong side of the sidewalk (going against traffic) A pregnant lady hits said man on bicycle, and ends up going into labor. Can the bike man sue the pregnant lady or can the pregnant lady sue the bicyclist? Or would this just get thrown out of court! I am interested in seeing what peoples responses are. Just for someone I know. Anyone know any legal goods???
