Take ferry to New Jersey or drive to OC for a beach and boardwalk day
Stay local and do some form of extreme sport (ie. sky diving, jet skiing)
Go to an amusement park (ie. Busch Gardens, Six Flags)
Go see a concert in a neighboring city
Visit New York or Washington to sight see and bar hop
