Yes - we need to save energy and money
No - it's dangerous
in small areas.
Every so often steet bulbs should be turned off but not plunge the town into complete darkness. There is danger out there and maybe animal excrament on the floor and you may walk in it and tread it in the home.

lights on major roads should all be turned off but leave lights on, on housing estates, shopping areas, etc

Certain ones that dont need to be used then yes

what shit is this should street lights be on and off if they were to be off and on its not you that gets payed to decide so i will leave that to who i pay my rates to
