How many stay at home moms / dads would be willing to pay someone to do all of these in place of daycare or a babysitter? One, watch their children two, teach them basic art skills and three, be able to leave and get some stuff done at home or go out and about for a few hours a day.

Occasionally, but not on a regular basis. Would be great if I had a Drs appointment or errands I needed to run without kids.
