In which order do you get ready for bed?

Shower/Bath, brush teeth, wash face, use toilet, bed
Wash face, brush teeth, shower/bath, use the toilet, bed
I don't have a routine I just hop into bed, forget getting cleaned
Use toilet, bath/shower, I wash my face in the shower, bed
