What are your thoughts on time changes (Daylight Savings, "Springing Forward," "Falling Back," etc.)?

Keep it the way it is now ("Spring Forward" and "Fall Back")
Eliminate the time change and keep Daylight Saving Time (DST) permanent (longer sunlight in evening)
Eliminate the time change and keep Standard Time permanent (longer sunlight in morning)
