What's your biggest challenge when travelling with a baby?

Changing the baby in public places
Finding a place to put the baby down when I am tired
Not enough space in a nappy/baby bag to carry all my baby gear
I always put too much baby stuff in a check-in carry bag that I don't end up using(travel by plane)
Don't like paying extra for hiring a baby's cot/bed in a hotel
Baby bags that available on the market are not very well designed to travel with a baby
High baby chair is not always available in restaurants/cafes (if the child can sit independently)
