I would like to get feedback from CSCD (Cordry-Sweetwater Conservancy District) lot owners on the topic of using street legal golf carts on CSCD roads. In order to make it legal to use such vehicles, CSCD would need to apply to the county to allow an exception to normal county laws. The result of this poll will be used to gage interest of moving forward. Many obstacles and unknowns still need to be overcome. This poll will not guarantee the end outcome. Would you like to see CSCD pursue allowing street legal golf carts on CSCD roads?

No, I actively oppose having street legal golf carts on the CSCD roads due to safety, not wanting to follow a slow moving obstruction, or just because I don’t want to have the conservancy pay to change laws.
