Should You Have to Register Your Business on Base? If you operate a business out of on-base housing you're supposed to register it with on-base officials ... and wait for their OK. Good idea or stupid plan?

Sometimes. Some businesses - like food sales and childcare - should definitely have to register. Everyone else should get to do whatever they want.
Yes, you should have to register. It's the only way for officials to keep things under control.
