Our festival celebrations - Enchanting or Irritating?

I love our high octane celebrations. That's how you live life, feel joy, by doing something different, extraordinary. A little inconvenience is okay once in a while .. we don't do this everyday

I like the idea of communal celebrations but dislike how our festivals have turned into entertainment of late. So much noise, theatrics - the essence is lost. I wish there was more devotion, more peace in the way we celebrate

I question the idea of public celebrations - people should celebrate in private and not impose their beliefs on all and sundry, causing nothing but inconvenience all around

I don't care. There can never be only one way of celebrating, and what I don't like, I avoid
