1.Accountability: We need our principals and administration to be on their “A” game.
2.Empowerment: We need teachers to feel appreciated and empowered to teach.
3.Engagement: We need parents to engage in their children’s learning.
4.Ownership: We need the community to embrace our schools and take ownership.
