When do you start your Christmas cardmaking?

I tend to craft on and off all year, whenever I feel inspired or have a spare afternoon.
Around October – Christmas crafting in summer just feels wrong!
The week before Christmas – there are so many other things to do!
January 1st – as soon as December is over I'm keen to start next Christmas's cards!
