What is wrong with you people at the City....NO to Union Plaza...NO to Durangito. Move to Cohen Stadium the poeple in NE El Paso and Ft. Bliss would love to have it there.. Makes common sense, plenty of Parking, easy access to Ft. Bliss Far East EP and Las Cruces and West EP. Wait! There's the problerm COMMON SENSE!!
