Which one do you chose ? (1) Non-employee contract as post doc with RUSH with xx salary for one year, No benefit, No insurance and No gait lab ; but I have an unfinished project here at RUSH that I like it (2) Faculty appointment as assistant professorship with another university with benefit, insuarance , XX+ YY salary but I have to start a new project there
