How will a pilot influence your spaceship?

Your ship will get a special attack or other feature that will be used automatically during the battle.

A pilot’s speciality will define the parametres of the components of your spaceship such as energy consumption or ballistic weapons’ attack capacity.

A pilot will define spaceship’s tactics and strategy in battles such as distance or frequency of the manoeuvres.

I don’t like the idea with pilots.
