Still have a job, but doing BBQ on the side. (Vending, Catering, Competitions, etc.)
Casually talked about it with family/friends.
Looked up local regulations for starting a restaurant or food truck.
Acquired equipment that would be necessary for opening a BBQ business.
Living the dream, BBQ is the full-time job.
Never thought about it, I'm happy in the backyard.
Took steps towards having BBQ as a full-time job. (Either by self-support or employed by another)
