Conservatives should just form a minority administration and get support issue by issue
Conservatives should form a minority with as many Independents as they can get
Independents should put up a leader of there own
Indies & Lib Dems should get together to keep the Tories out
There should be a 'one and all' cross party council based on how many councillors a party has got
