What scares (or scared) you most about buying your first home?

I can't afford or qualify for a home (and don't want to be rejected).
Once I buy a home something major will need repair.
Having enough money for a downpayment is almost impossible.
I don't want to be stuck if I get a job offer in another area/state.
I could lose my escrow deposit.
