Come July 1 (Saturday), pubs and bars on M.G. Road, Indiranagar and Koramangala will be forced to shut, following the Supreme Court ban on liquor vending outlets within 500 metres of a highway. Should these roads, which run in the heart of the city, be denotified as highways?
