BJP has managed to stretch their arms in Bengal after huge investment which they don't wanna loose.
Due to lack of strategy of Hill based political parties and GMCC and their failure to convince the Govt.
Due to treaty of 1950 between India and Nepal.
Lack of unity amongst Gorkhas.
