What would help you feel more supported as a Foster Parent?

More Support and Communication from the Department.

Increased Access to Services for Foster Parents and Foster Children.

Higher Reimbursement Rates.

Increased Variety and Access to Trainings.

Support from department and ability to treat these children as our own without worry about violations and retaliation.

Put the kids' needs before anyone else's needs. Particularly when it comes to the timeline and permanency.

Time lines not being stuck to/ court dates being postponed.

Easier childcare/daycare options

Childrens needs before timelines and others needs. Also social workers should have theraputic oversight and input from professionals on making decisions on childs life. Also there should be accountibility on the state side

SWer and court puting kids needs first, sticking to timelines, and not using kids as reward/punishment for parents

More financial support and/or tickets and passes to entertain and recreate for the children.

Pre-Scheduled Respite Care I don't need to pester Dept to provide.
