Tell her she needs to dissect the squid for the learning experience and to maintain her good grades (she needs good grades to stay in clubs).
Tell her it's okay if she doesn't and accept the low grade.
Lug your 2 little kids into the school to have a talk with the teacher about if there is different assignment she could do in place of that.
