Has social media been a positive or negative influence in your life?

Positive: it expands communication with friends/family, allows me to express myself, to be inspired, etc.

Negative: the posts on my feed don't have any real value. I waste too much time on social media.

Both: social media is positive in some ways but I recognize it can be/has been a negative influence in my life.
