How are we going to select a task for Regatta?

(A) take any task without asking except HOL. (Same as current Mission Probable).
(B) request required to to take every task. Permission is granted within 2 minutes or you can announce you are taking the task. (Same as current Mission Possible).
(C) announce which task you are taking prior to taking it. Do not wait for ok. (How some members did tasks this week in Mission Control). Does not apply to HOL.
(D) other....please explain your idea.
