How do you want to ask for tasks in the Regatta?

(A) ask for permission to take all tasks. Can announce taking task if no response after 3minutes. (Currently the process in Mission Possible).
(B) just take all tasks without asking or announcing. Except HOL which must be approved. (Currently the process in Mission Probable).
(C) announce task you are going to take to the group then take it. Does not apply to HOL which requires approval. (Used by many this week)
(D) other ideas of ways to do this. Please explain.
