The kitchen plumbing in this house wasn’t working, leaving the former owner to use the upstairs bathroom to do dishes! Space heaters were being used in place of central heat, and most electrical in the house didn’t work either. The house was in such distress, our franchisee removed three 30-yard dumpsters worth of stuff from the house before renovating.
