Fuel - better eating (whatever that means for you), more water, etc.
Mind/Spirit - less stress, more organization, etc.
Sustain - I like what I'm doing, I've got a plan and focused on rocking it!
Exercise - More of it, try something new, increase speed/mileage/weight, etc.
Tap out - I'm sick and trying not to die. Or other reasons it's just not happening this week.
No goals - I have no goals regarding fitness but I do like participating in polls!
