1. Utilitarian-the Doctor should advise the mother the safest way for the heart transplant is to take it from the twin in the coma(won’t wake up) to keep the mother from losing both of the daughters. (Deontalogical)

Two twins joined at birth. At the age of 12 the mother decides to get the twins separated without their consent. Once separated, one twin suffered heart failure and the other twin was in a coma, which the doctor states, she won’t wake up. Now the mother has to decide if she wants to wait for the one in the coma to wake up, but risk the other other twin dying from heart failure OR do a heart transplant from the twin in the coma to the twin with heart failure? Which approach would you choose?
