F. Referral. My friends and builders recommended using a specific architect/home designer.
A. Cost. How expensive/inexpensive the firm is.
B. Experience/Plans. Their plan selection and designs are amazing.
E. Savings. The firm has a reputation for being able to save thousands in construction costs.
D. Speed. How fast can they complete my plans.
C. Software. They use 3D technology to show me my home before it’s built.
G. Location. This firm may not be the best, but their offices are close to me.
