Any one facing issues with vodafone postpaid?

Hi all. (ATTENTION VODAFONE POSTPAID USERS)

I would like to inform the best part of cheating that i am facing with the vodafone team.

I got converted my postpaid nos to vodafone prepaid by closing all my dues from vodafone mini store palakkad by 2017 . And for my bad luck till now iam continuing with the same network in prepaid platform.

The reason from postpaid to prepaid was poor plan updation. No one can be a part of a network by paying such a big amount for a useless plan.

I suffered great loss for more than 2 years with vodafone postpaid .

Now it’s being more than 4 months with the vodafone prepaid. Now i started getting call from legal sectors Ernakulam regarding the unpaid due amount for me and they want me to attend the court formalities.

Actually what they want is, we need to pay continuously a amount for that network and they never provide back a good plan. Its really a trap.

Friends don’t be a part of vodafone postpaid because they are not even aware of what the customers are really worried with.

My question is how they issued a prepaid sim to me if am having a default with my postpaid bill.

I cleared out all my bills before am getting into vodafone prepaid,even though am getting this legal issues because of vodafone.

So beware of this issues.
