They are investing time into me as they see me as a valuable asset to the organisation.
I am not doing good enough / have done something wrong.
They are going to try to get rid of me.
They want to help me develop my skill set.
I have a secure future in the organisation.
I hope I will do alright
They are just ticking boxes to be seen to being compliant with regulations
They don't like me.
