Who is allowed to spank your child?

1) No one, I do not support using physical punishment as discipline.
2) Parents, if they are going to be spanked it should only be done by a parent.
3) Relatives, with expressed permission to discipline your kids.
4) Grandparents, anytime they deem it necessary.
5) Established Babysitter, anyone you ask to watch your child.
