Facebook Poll: After 10 years of running volunteer activities (Detroit Mower Gang and Trash Fishing), We are finally going to form a 501c3. This will allow people who can’t come out with us to participate in our mission. Anyone will be able to contribute to our mission. Help us decide on a name and direction. Here are three names and missions. Please voice your preference between these three choices.

Enemies of Debris - While other groups are “friends of…(the river, the earth, your town, a park) we focus on the fight. The fight against debris, against what has been left where it shouldn't be. There are places and things that been left to fester and rot. We fight that. We are the enemies of debris. If you want to see more fighters putting waste in its place, choose this choice.

Renegades Against Decay - The world is in a downward spiral. Society is full of people watching our future circle the drain. That isn’t us. We are opposing the status quo with new ideas and unconventional methods. We are renegades against this decay. If you want to see new ideas and radical methods applied to stop this deterioration, choose this choice.

Fighting For Pristine - Do you remember being barefoot in a park? That isn’t possible where we work. We see glass, and trash and out of control grass. These places aren’t going back to nature, they are just becoming polluted messes. How do we get back to a pristine environment? We could focus the fight on only a few spots and get them completely fixed. If you think it is worth the sacrifice to make a small area perfect while larger spaces are ignored, choose this choice.
