Positive climb....Gear up. Is this call & order relevant or can the gear be selected up by the Pilot Monitoring without an order from Pilot Flying per SOP? The checklist will trap any lapse.

Yes PF must order "Gear up" and thereafter the PF must select the gear up
No PM must procedurally select the gear up
