Yes, the white topping should be suspended for now and resumed later with a better plan to manage the traffic.
No, white topping should continue even if it is causing major traffic woes for people.
BBMP should focus on fixing damaged roads and potholes which claims lives of the people of Bengaluru rather than indulging in show offs for the upcoming elections.
