We believe in providing healing food and nutritional education from an Ayurvedic standpoint. Ayurveda is regarded as the oldest health system in the world. Not in any way linked to religion, the 5000 year old health system originates from the ancient Vedic culture from India. In a nutshell it is about finding harmony and balance of body, mind and soul (spirit). Ayurveda is very much focused on preventing disease and maintaining vitality and health.
