Mom's idea: Euchre, with a twist. Use the two Jokers in the deck as well, and they are higher than the Jacks, no matter what's trump (black Joker is highest card in the deck at all times). What name for this game do you prefer?
Option 1: JEUCHRE - a good combo of Joker and Euchre, with the added immature risqué thrill of sounding vaguely culturally scandalous.
Option 2: SUPERTRUMP - if I played this and used the SuperTrump card to take a trick, I would say, "Goodbye, Stranger!"
