Promote this poll: Mick Otoole: The government is wanting to bring in a change in the law, to make it simple for transgender folk to change there gender on birth certificates etc, so all you have to do is say, I'm a woman and you must be treated as such, but it is so open to abuse example, a macho bodybuilder gets sentenced to 6 months in prison, and he thinks, I'll say I'm a woman, get sent to a women's prison, lots of fun, then if he says he's a woman, the judge has nochoice but to send him to a women's prison, should you be allowed to say whatever gender you fancy, because it could go in your favour at the time, and your word has to be taken as given?
