Promote this poll: Capital City Triathlon Series: For the first time we're offering an 'Enduro' option at the November triathlon for those heading into the long course season, but we need your help to firm up the distances. Please let us know your preferred option. Note: we're keeping the swim relatively short since the water (and air) is still a bit chilly in November. Also, the 12.5km run course consists of 2 long and one short lap - worth noting if you can't count!
