would any one like to answer my poll on this new law. In short, it means the local drug dealer will now be criminally liable if a drug user buys off them and subsequently overdoses ( brought in surrounding the higjly publicised music festival deaths in recent years). Im curious ablut piblic opinion here and will reserve my own opinion on the matter. ill just say a bit for both sides. PRO 'drug supply causing death': -LOSS of lives and genereal risk, which needs deterrence.. new law tells the dealers not to deal and will curb the dangerous behaviour.. ANTI 'drug supply causing death': -Low level and young drug dealers or family and friends of a person may be sent to jail for 20years for giving a friend a pill, or providing for their own habit by selling to friends and family. Im doing an assignment and have my own strong convictions on the matter (reserved for the moment) but i truly want to see where MY family and friends stand on the matter, out of curiousity
