Have you ever thought about the term "Guest room" and how it makes it sound like your hosting strangers rather than friends? I personally prefer the French "Chambre d'amis" (friends' room), much more personal. At least in the spanish "habitación de invitados" they sound invited! What is it your language and what's your favourite?
