Covid-19 has officially mutated. This has already happened in several parts of the world, but it is well contained, as far as we know, in all cases except Southern England. The spikes are the same so Scientists are saying that the Vaccine should be effective on it. If it gets out of Southern England, the effects of a virus 70% more contagious would be devastating to 3rd world countries. The only logical solution is to stop it in its tracks by giving England the vaccine now, before you and I receive it. Only by having England fully vaccinated, will this be stopped. Now armed with this information, Should all first world nations allow England to gain first access to the vaccine to inoculate the full country before the donating countries get it in order to stop the mutated virus?
