In a nutshell it is about finding harmony and balance of body, mind and soul (spirit). Ayurveda is very much focused on preventing disease and maintaining vitality and health.

The planning committee is dedicated to bringing you this event regardless. Therefore, we are considering Take Out Curbside Service Spaghetti Dinner, where hot meals would be prepared as usual implementing our strict, food safety handling to ensure your safety and satisfaction.
