Which beer should I brew next?
Weizenbier Wheat: malt and European hops create the recipe for this easy-drinking summertime classic. Light-bodied with a smooth finish, Weizenbier features an authentic dry wheat yeast.
American Pale Ale: Perhaps the most widely brewed American style ale. Moderately strong hop aroma and bitterness. Pale ale malt base provides deep gold, almost amber, color and medium-bodied mouthfeel.
Kolsch: Kolsch is a crisp, clean, easy drinking ale. It has a straw-yellow hue similar to a pilsner, but is less hoppy, a bit sweeter and uses pale malts and a small amount of wheat.
Continental Pilsner: One of the world's classic beer styles, this recipe is best enjoyed when lagered. Pilsner malt extract produces a straw color. A dry beer that finishes with ample hop bitterness. The yeast for this brew also performs well if fermented at ale temperatures. *Note, I am not equipped to lager a brew, so the Continental Pilsner would be brewed at Ale temperatures.
American Light: A light ale with a super smooth flavor. This beer goes down easy, perfect on a hot summer day.
