'Gol-gappey' in Delhi, 'Pani puri' in Mumbai and 'Phuchka' in Kolkata are different variations of the special kind of street food, made with its slight twist. I've had debates with my very Kolkata friends who claimed that Kolkata (Bengali) Phuchka tasted better than Mumbai Pani-Puri.
