My health care workers, which option would you prefer? Option 1: Monday-Friday 6:00 am - 2:30pm No weekends, No holidays, a slight pay increase, less work load. Set work schedule, any time off during the week you must take PTO. Option 2. Three 12 hour shifts per week, some weekends, holidays required. Heavy work load often, work schedule is very flexible, can have off up to 5 days off in a row per work schedule if needed without taking PTO. Pay is less then option 1.
