Marijuana is illegal federally and still illegal in MI unless an exception applies. One exception is the medical use of marijuana to treat a debilitating medical condition. It will be on the ballot this fall for recreational use. I’m doing some research for a couple of cases I’m working on. If you are a MI resident please participate in my poll.
