As many of you know, I help coordinate a charity called Bike Works which assembles and gives away brand new bicycles to foster children each Christmas. In the last 3 years, we have been able to collect, assemble and give away over 2300 bikes. There's something about getting your first bike that is remarkable and I am hopeful that we are instilling a love for this sport that I am so passionate about. I want to make Bike Works 2018 a huge success and extend our reach beyond Tarrant County. September 21st I will be riding my bike for 24 hours at the Texas Time Trials in Glenrose, Tx and I am hoping that you will support Bike Works by pledging an amount for each mile that I ride during the 24 hour race. I am hopeful to reach 300 miles with over 15,000 feet of climbing. Help me spread the word by sharing this post!
