Starting in September we will be offering an adult fitness class and we are looking for input on scheduling. IF you'd be interested in attending, what time would be best? Class description: Swerk is a high energy, fun, hip hop fitness dance class. The name comes from combining the words Sweat + Work + Twerk. Each song has its own repetitive choreo to aid in quickly learning the moves, and each playlist will be played for a month or so to build confidence, with one new song being added per month to keep class fresh and engaging. No dance experience necessary! Difficult moves will be broken down ahead of time and modifications will be provided. Come shake your bum and have a (cardio) blast with Jenna! Options are:
