Espérance Sportive de Tunis dominated the Tunisian football poll with 785 votes, or 62.7%—more than three times Club Africain’s 252. The lead held throughout, even as its share eased from 81% early on to 63% by the finish.
Etoile Sportive du Sahel placed third at 8.8%, leaving the remaining four clubs with only 8.4% combined. Voters in Tunisia and the leading overseas groups all leaned Espérance.
